I take it seriously and wish many others would. You get bonus points in my book for a nice athletic bod, but it isnt necessary. How do you guys motivate yourselves? Is it already a habit for you?

I wanna be the life of the party whenever I go to a place or if not, be able to cruise through the people at a gathering and make friends like nothing. DOn't get me wrong Im not bad with people, I just dont feel i have the skill to make myself standout. I ask those of you who are older and more experienced to share your wisdom.
