Cross Dressing, submission and bondage

I don't claim to be the worlds greatest authority on either of these subjects, but they are subjects that occupy my mind a lot.
Cross dressing for me started around puberty. I hear a lot of cross dressers have that same experience. Learning about your body and realizing what feels good and all that goes along with it. My introduction was through bathing suits not being worn any more, so I confiscated them. Visualizations of being bound and having layers of tight clothing on fueled my pubescent years.
It wasn't until I found the internet chat rooms that I discovered submission. People entering a chat room as if it were a great hall with a serving area, a place where the Dominants would sit and chat with one another and a huge entry / exit to the garden.. all created in cyberspace. It was quite an introduction to a Gorean style of service. Though initially in this room as what appeared to be a dominant profile, after a time I was shown by someone more in the know, that I was indeed to be submissive. A caring nurturing type person who only wanted to help others.
So, how does someone tie all this together? I wish I had a definitive answer to that. The trick is always to be happy with who you are first, then find or know of others who perhaps are looking for someone like you. That is where I hit the wall. I'm not gay, at least not in the popular definition of the word. I still love dressing up and want to learn more. My hopes and desires are to find someone who is looking for someone like me that isn't in Europe, or some far off land, and wants to help me grow as much as i want to compliment their desires.
We all want to have a good time, "get our needs met". We all hope to find someone, or some people who we can enjoy our common interests with.
