What's a guy to do?

Maybe some guys could give me some advice on this matter. With the women on here it's one extreme to the other end. I constantly read "No dick pics" "No response w/o dic pics" "Don't send countless emails its a hint if i don't respond" "don't just send one email and expect me to remember you". Just some examples there, and what makes it really confusing is a lot of women don't post guidelines like that, you have to guess. For example a situation I was recently in. I emailed a woman and it was 5 days with no response and not even a profile view, now do I send another email just in case mine got caught in a pile of them or assume she's not interested. Do I take the risk of her saying 'Oh sorry I missed your 1st email" or "OMG i didn't email you back for a reason you annoying creep". The reputation of being a creep can spread which I don't want cause I'm not. Idk just like to hear some stories or suggestions from my fellow bloggers.
