I'm starting to wonder if I'll ever find the woman I love unconditionally and that loves me back the same way. I've been searching all my life, sometimes giving up. The optimist in me thinks she's still out there looking for me... the pessimist in me thinks I already let her slip through my fingers without knowing. Maybe she was that girl at that rave a long time ago that asked me if I wanted an E-hug, but I dismissed her thinking she was asking if I wanted to buy some E. It wasn't until moments later when I realized what she was asking, and I didn't do anything. I should have found her again and given her that hug.

What is it that I do that suddenly makes a girl go cold? Maybe I'm being insecure and selfish thinking it's something I did. Maybe it truly is them and not me. Why must all these games be played and these doubts be dwelled upon? If two people like each other, why can't they just act upon that and go with it. Feelings get hurt, yes... but you recover. Wouldn't you rather just dive right in and have fun, if even for a little while, instead of wondering if you're going to get hurt and then letting something good slip away and then beating yourself up about letting something good get away. Yes, you can tell yourself things happen for a reason and that if it's meant to be it will be, but sometimes you just have to take a chance and go against your instinct and let your guard down. I have been hurt, even to a point of thinking that it would never heal, but it does and I just jump in again. Enough with these games, and they can be considered games even if they aren't meant to be. If you like me, take a chance on me... if you don't like me enough to take a chance, then just tell me you don't like me so I can move on and not drive myself crazy.

First time.
There are a lot of firsts in our life. The day I stop living is the day that I run out of firsts. Can that actually happen? Probably not, so I'm never going to stop living, because I know that just around the corner is another first. Right now, I'm going through a first... first official pantless Wednesday!
There! This is another first... my first post on my HotMatch.com blog. So people, enjoy your life, because it will be filled with firsts... some bad, some good, but all will give you a new experience to learn from and cherish.
