I've never heard the term used in other than a negative tone.
It's hurtful.
The consensus is that we're shallow for preferring larger sized peens, that it's the only thing we're interested in and that we're sluts always looking for bigger and bigger still.
Shallow, single minded people always looking for bigger than the last are not size queens, they're trophy hunters. The distinction is important.
Trophy hunters are the ones who will look at a large penis with excited avaricious eyes as they lick their lips in anticipation of how far apart they can spread their hands the next day as they tell their friends, "It was this big!". Whether they cum or not they'll have something to brag about.
Size queens will look at a large penis with something akin to gratitude if not reverence because due to a combination of physiology and psychology a penis of a certain size is what it takes to deliver enough sensation to bring us ecstasy through penetrative sex.
A size queen does not look solely for cock size, we are also concerned with compatibility on other fronts; attraction, intellect, humor, kindness. A personality that makes our lip curl in revulsion cannot be compensated for by a large dick.

A size queen is not always looking for bigger than the last. Please can we shed the impression that size queens are horrible, shallow people? I mean, really, shallow?
