Forgetting someone...

How do you forget someone, someone who used, and maybe still is an important person to you. Someone that you love with all your heart. But, if you do not forget that person, and move on, maybe, just maybe, there will be no chance for you to achieve happiness. So yeah, how do you forget so that you can achieve happiness?
